Lets Talk Movies

Ok…. “Saw” it was pretty decent, I will watch it again some day. “The Incredibles”… I really really really liked it, it was cute and fun and entertaining. Now “The Grudge” what a worthless piece of shit, I think this is on the list of my top ten worst movies ever. Still need to watch “Closer” and “Donnie Darko: Director’s Cut” so I will have something to do this weekend.

Been working a lot… was not doing so well in the health department last week, but I am much better now.

The same 2 are on my to-see list as well… and while I didn’t see “The Grudge” it looks AMAZINGLY stupid and is, to my understanding, a re-make of a much better japanese film, anyway.

Actually one of my Japanese (as in from Japan, not just heritage) friends told me that the Japanese version was total and absolute shit as well, but that it was one of the few movies that had an “Americanized enough plot”, i.e didn’t require a brain. Based on Parasite Eve as well, I can see how that would make sense, but at least Parasite Eve had crazy tech effects.
